The Initial Meeting

During the initial meeting we discuss the scope of work and your budget, and determine which permits and plans you will need. We will recommend a selection of architects, engineers and sub-contractors as needed to help with the design of your project.

Lastly, once you decide to take the next step we then prepare a proposal.

Contract Agreement

A detailed bid proposal will be prepared upon what was discussed in the initial meeting. The proposal will include scope of work (materials and sub-contractors included), contract, payment schedule and construction timeline.

Once the proposal is accepted, Lynch Construction and the client enter into agreement. And the plans are submitted to Building Department for Permit Process.

Start of Project

The project starts once the permits are issued. Lynch Construction and the client will confirm the schedule of work, payment plans, etc. And the client will be introduced to the construction crew that will be working on their project.

Construction

Throughout the project, Lynch Construction keep their customer needs as the upmost priority. We keep the job site clean and tidy, and update the client on the status of the project. Construction work will last 40 hours throughout the week (working weekend and evenings when needed) until completion.

Upon completion of the job, a punch list will be made of any small items remaining.

Completion

Upon completion of the job, the client will sign a certification. Lynch Construction offers a one year warranty from the completion date of your project.
